        The Charity    
    Our client provides Play and Leisure services to over 1300 disabled children and young people; 750 staff members deliver 22 schemes across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. This number is growing!  
        Job Description    
    We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator to manage the coordination/administration of our recruitment activities; primarily focused on the employment of our play and youth workers.  
    Last year we recruited circa 300 new members of staff.  
    This person will be an integral member of the Quality team which is made up of human resources, training, recruitment and liaison compliance; there are currently 6 people in the team.  
    This is a rare opportunity to join a vibrant team supporting the delivery of services for disabled children and young people in an innovative, fun and growing voluntary sector organisation.  
        Role includes:    
    Coordinate, deliver and attend group recruitment events.  
    Organise recruitment roadshows at colleges, universities, job fairs etc.  
    Post adverts onto job boards  
    Will benefit from a handover period; as the person currently doing the job is still with us  
    Liaise with hiring managers regarding staffing requirements  
    Work with our Communications and Events team to coordinate recruitment promotions  
    Maintain and build relationships with sources of applicants; colleges, schools, universities, job centres etc.  
    There also will be a requirement to carry out other HR related administration tasks.

        Personal Specification:    
    Must have experience of recruitment administration  
    Past experience of dealing with job boards  
    Experience of administrative work  
    Good organizational skills combined with an ability to prioritise and manage own workload  
    An ability to sustain professional relationships and communicate with various stakeholders  
    A familiarity with and ability to use Windows-based applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets) and database management skills and the ability to produce clear, concise reports  
    Ability to work in a busy team often in an informal working environment

    Commitment to the development of high-quality, interesting, fun and creative play opportunities for disabled children
