Our apprentice hasn't "managed a team of 200" before her twenty-fifth birthday." She doesn't describe herself as a "stealth bomber" or "right about everything;" she has skills, not an "arsenal" and she knows a positive attitude goes a lot further than "tactics."
Our apprentice has a genuine can-do attitude and never tries to wriggle out of anything, even when she's not sure, even when something's completely new to her. If she needs to redo something because I haven't communicated it clearly, she just gets on with it…with a smile. She's willing to get involved and try anything to help our recruitment business. She's lovely to everyone and gets great feedback from everyone she connects with. She keeps on top of our busy diary and has our office database well under control. Not only that but she can type at 70wpm and produce Power Point presentations at the drop of a hat! Our apprentice is a good time keeper, she meets deadlines, and she's reliable and trustworthy.
Best of all, she loves working here and she tells us!
So, step aside, Lord Sugar. Our apprentice is a real person in a real apprentice scheme and we love her! We're giving her the right direction and exposure and passing on our recruitment skills - it's a real privilege for us.
The past few months have been a whirlwind in the recruitment industry ? maybe a tornado! For us at Oraculum RPO, it?s meant a few changes to our services and the way we run our business to support our customers.
