Great receptionist opportunity for a professional well established, commercial company based in Woking. You will be first point of contact and give clients and customers a fantastic first impression.
- Front of house receptionist required for corporate client
- Answer calls (in a timely and professional manner)
- Ensure all calls and messages dealt with completely.
- Take messages and transfer calls
- Deal with visitors face to face. Provide refreshments
- Answer queries from clients and customers.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Deal with general administration including all post in and out of office.
- Takes pride in their work. Ensures reception is kept tidy and presentable at all times
- Excellent presentation skills
- Articulate with a clear and professional telephone manner
- Accurate computer skills for general administration.
- Organised and able to give a professional first impression for the company at all times
As this is the first line of contact with the company previous corporate company experience is preferred. A proven background in a previous reception role is needed.

9am ? 5.30pm
