Are you a bright, positive, upbeat skilled PA Secretary seeking an exciting new challenge?
Working for the dynamic, entrepreneurial Director of a business development, events and training company this is an fabulous opportunity to be the right hand person to a business professional.
An organised, skilled PA is required to support this busy Director with all the day to day activities of running a project orientated, fast paced and evolving organisation.
This is a varied and involved role, a fantastic new challenge for the right candidate.

- You will be a quick learner and take every opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
- Commercially aware, with good business acumen. Completing Research on behalf of the Director regarding projects and ideas. Reporting on this and using your creative side, including writing content.
- Front of house and client facing. Well presented with excellent people skills. Answering telephone dealing with enquiries and contacts
- You will be representing the organisation in the best possible manner at all times
- Excellent planning and problem solving capabilities. Involved in organising events, meetings and training seminars.
- Proven abilities with Diary Management, Secretarial and Office Management duties. Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Reliable with good time keeping. Own transport essential.
Hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Training given in digital marketing skills and event management skills if needed.
