Working in a professional finance department, this administration role is part of the general administration support of the company.

 

It requires a methodical and organised candidate with a keen eye for detail to check contracts and signatures in order to confirm payments of business deals for the company.

Working in a small team you will need to be numerate,reliable and focused on your work. You must have a proven ability to deal with paperwork and authorisation of contracts. This is an important support role and accuracy is essential.

 

MS Office and Excel skills are essential along with fast accurate data entry skills.

 

Would suit a candidate form a finance or banking background.
