Engineers. As a 1st Line Support Engineer you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and

You will be providing leading commercial organisations alongside smaller growing businesses with
valuable ongoing IT support.
You will be keen and able to give the highest level of customer care. Able to establish positive
working relationships with clients and your co-workers to support and provide solutions. A good
listener who can follow processes and accurately record vital client information
If you have proven experience as a technical Customer Service, support or 1st Line Support Engineer,
you are quick and keen to learn and have proven skills
