Due to continuous increases in business our client is looking for an Administration & Marketing Assistant to join the team.
A central role for the company this is an exciting career opportunity for the successful candidate supporting two busy directors.
Requires someone they can be confident in delegating their administration and marketing workload to, someone who cares that they make a real difference to the team and has the skills and abilities to do so.
The Administration & Marketing Assistant will deal with all aspects of paperwork, processes, data management for a busy IFA along with planning, design and delivery of day today marketing.
The duties and skills needed would suit a candidate from a professional services background.
Although Industry experience preferred, a background in accountancy, banking, insurance for example, would be suitable.
This is a progressive role with lot to learn and requires someone who can retain information and someone who thrives on learning new areas of work as the role develops
Skills & Abilities to Meet this role
• Strong MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Fast and accurate data entry / typing essential.
• Audio skills would be advantageous
• Proven database management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with strict levels of compliance
• Marketing experience (some design would be advantageous)
• Understanding of Social Media platforms ( FB, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Car driver / owner (due to location)
Duties & Responsibilities
Although this is a very process driven role that requires an organised and systematic approach to the administration work, there is a wide variety of duties.
Will suit a candidate who can take responsibility for the important compliance of administration for the company as well as represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
All compliance documentation must be fully recorded & maintained on behalf of clients to meet strict regulations.

The package includes
FLEXIBLE HOURS. 10 - 15 hours per week. Core hours over 2 to 3 days (flexible, Monday to Friday) TBA with candidate
