Do you have exceptional Customer Account Management skills? A truly fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading independent insurance specialists with an enviable reputation for professionalism.

Seeking a new dedicated Insurance Advisor to join their specialist division.

This is a very successful team. A great office environment to work in. A positive, hardworking, upbeat team spirit.1st class Management and on-going training and support.

Dealing with highly valued clients you will deal with all of their insurance requirements from start through to claims. There is therefore a lot to be learnt as all team members are completely trained across all sectors of the insurance business. The highest level of customer service is essential as the company prides itself and thrives on their business via recommendation.

Skills and Attributes required:

  • Proven Sales / Customer Service Abilities at a high level
  • Clear thinking and able to listen and respond to a client?s individual needs.
  • The ability to maintain excellent on-going working relationships with valued clients.
  • Enthusiastic, with the ability to take responsibility and have a real pride in their work and their company
  • Confident, friendly and positive
  • IT Literate with excellent attention to detail. You work must be organised and of a high standard.
  • Smart and Professional presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Reliable and trustworthy as dealing with confidential information
  • This could be an excellent move from a financial services or banking background.

    You must be educated to `A? level or equivalent standard.

    Hours of work include a Saturday Morning on Rota. You will be looking at working 2 in 4 Saturday Mornings.
