Our client relies heavily upon insight: insight from our clients, advising upon our on-going relationships and how we can be even better; insight from prospects on how we?re perceived in our markets; This role involves seeking, collecting, and analysing data from multiple sources and using multiple approaches, and reporting back with evidence and recommendations. They are seeking a new Marketing Assistant
You will work closely with other members of Marketing Team, as well as Partners and fee earners across the firm, and other business support functions.
Key responsibilities
- Identification of clients for interview and working with fee earners, our outsourced interview agency, and our clients to secure interview
- To analyse and report on feedback received, and work with fee earner teams to develop follow-up client development plans
- To develop our post-transactional feedback programme
- To analyse data (quantitative and qualitative) and report to the firm on recurring feedback trends (both in written and presentation form)
- To co-ordinate and present findings arising from mystery shopping exercises
- To prepare (and occasionally conduct) internal focus groups and training sessions
- To use intelligence to support the efforts of the BD and CRM teams
What are we looking for?
We have set our sights on a candidate with an attention to detail; a keen interest in data analysis; with excellent communication skills; and the confidence to deliver intelligence articulately. You will also tick most of the following boxes:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- A passion for marketing, analysing data and identifying patterns
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Pro-active / eager to learn
- Ability to work under pressure
- Confident / ability to work under own initiative
- Highly organised
- A good level of IT competence is required, particularly with the MS Office suite
